Narrative Essay : PARENTS ARE DIVINE GIFT TO HUMAN BEING
What should parents do when their 8-years old child goes out from home without their knowledge or without their permission? Do they have to take serious actions against their child? I can not believe now that my parents were concerned for me. I was always an obedient child except for the one time.

I still remember that day, when I was 8 years old. My elder sister and her friend were going out to visit a doctor that evening, and I also wanted to accompany them , but my mother didn't allowed me to go with them. I was very aggressive, so I decided to go with them anyhow. As soon as my sister left from home, I followed her without my parents knowledge and permission. But after following her for some time I was lost. When I failed to find them, I realized that it was beginning of my trouble that evening.
That was the first time I came out of my home without my parents or any elder person, and the place was also not familiar. I could not make sense of how to find my sister there or how to reach back home. I had no idea to whom I could ask about my sister. So I started crying. I had to find help to reach back home.
I tried to ask a few people passing for help, but all in vain as they all were in a rush. They just walked away. I was so annoyed that no one was helping me and I could not even remember the direction to my home. Then after some time, a lady asked if I needed any help as I was crying. I felt it was a chance for me to reach back home safely. She asked me where I lived, but unfortunately I was not aware of my address. Tears formed in my eyes again as I lost that chance to reach my home, and I realized that I should have listened to my parents.
She smiled kindly, took me by my hand to a shopkeeper, asking if that person knew me by-chance. The shopkeeper asked me my father's name, and he said he knew my father and where I lived. He gave me hope again of reaching back home. He helped me to reach home safely.
When I reached home, my parents thank him for all his help. I also want to thank him for his courtesy but I was late to do so as he had left already. I was very scared that my parents were going to yell at me for this act, but they made me realize that we should listen to what our parents say. Whatever they say, it is beneficial for us. They hugged me and kissed me on my forehead. I promised my parents and myself that I would never do this again. Also, I realized that parents are a DIVINE gift to human being and I will never forget that terrible suffering in my life.
